Around the Legion office, we’re getting a head start on our 2019 New Year’s resolutions. Alon, our firm’s Director of Operations, explained, “This is a great time to start thinking about goals whether they be in the past, present, or future. The end of the year is the perfect time to think about the obstacles that emerged as well as reflect on what methods were successful to reach goals.”
We adhere to a few fundamental strategies as we chase down our most ambitious objectives. One approach we’ve found especially helpful is stressing accountability. We view being accountable as a gift to ourselves, because it helps us ensure success in the long run. We’re also committed to helping our Legion teammates stay on the right track to realize their lofty aspirations.
We’ve discovered that it’s easier to reach ambitious benchmarks when we ask for feedback from our colleagues and supervisors. Applying input from others is one of the most productive ways to achieve winning results because it helps us see things we might have otherwise overlooked. We’ve made remarkable improvements to our methods and overall results thanks to the help we receive from our fellow account managers.
